Pet Loss Grief Counseling with Christine Galotti Noyes, LCSW, VSW
Losing a pet can be one of the most difficult experiences in life. Grief often begins long before a pet’s passing and may affect sleep, appetite, relationships, and daily functioning long after. All of this is normal. The bond you share with your animal is profound, and your grief deserves dedicated care.
Christine Galotti Noyes, LCSW, VSW, provides a compassionate, non-judgmental space to process these emotions. As the Veterinary Social Worker at VERG Brooklyn, she supports pet parents and veterinary professionals through anticipatory grief, end-of-life decisions, medical crises, and bereavement. With over a decade of clinical experience in healthcare, crisis, and education—and a Post-Master’s Certificate in Veterinary Social Work from NYU—Christine brings a trauma-informed approach that honors the deep connection between people and their pets.
Through Grief and Caregiver Support Counseling, Christine offers individualized guidance using evidence-based approaches to help caregivers navigate quality-of-life concerns, prepare for peaceful goodbyes, and find healing after loss—with dignity, compassion, and hope.
