Euthanasia – $499

Included: Travel to your home, all medications and supplies, a beautiful handmade clay paw print, a lock of your pet’s fur in a beautiful glass vial, and a personal note to your veterinarian to inform them of your pet’s passing.

* Certain locations with extended driving time may be subject to an extended travel fee of $95

* Evening fee for appointments after 5PM: $95

Aquamation

Private aquamation

0 to 49 pounds: $349
50 to 99 pounds: $399
100 or more pounds: $489

Pricing for private aquamation includes:

• Your choice of one of three beautiful urns with a brass plate engraved with your pet’s name or any words you’d like. If you are looking for something unique, custom urns are available at an additional price (see below).

• Return of your pet’s ashes via UPS in about 10-14 days. You are also welcome to pick your pet’s ashes up at Compassionate care in Oceanside, NY. A courier service for hand deliver of your pet’s ashes is available for a fee (see below).

Communal Aquamation

0 to 49 pounds: $199
50 to 99 pounds: $249
100 or more pounds: $299

With communal aquamation, your pet’s ashes will be scattered on beautiful Mill Creek Farm in upstate New York.

* For both cremation types: we may need your help transporting pets over 50 pounds into our vehicle. If you are unable to help, we can bring extra assistance for a small fee (see below).

Extras

We strive to keep our pricing affordable to all families, but we offer some extra services and special touches as well.

Courier service – $99
Your pet’s ashes will be hand delivered to your home directly from Compassionate Care Aquamation. Courier deliveries are generally performed on weekends.

Extra assistance/custom pick up time – $149
If you have a pet over 50 pounds and are unable or prefer not to assist, we can bring someone to help with transport at the end of the appointment.

Extra clay paw prints – $35
Your euthanasia service includes one handmade clay pawprint. Additional clay paw prints can be purchased for $35 each.

Ink paw prints – $35
We offer ink paw prints on white cardstock.

Custom urns and engraving
We also offer a variety of custom and premium urns, many of which can be engraved with up to two lines of text. Pricing starts at $79.

Quality of life Assessment 

Quality of life teleconsults – $149 
Video consultation with one of our doctors to help you make difficult end of life decisions for your pet, including what more can you be doing to keep them happy and comfortable and how to know when it’s time for euthanasia. 

In-person quality of life consultations at your home – $549
Same as above except the doctor comes to your home, meets your pet, and performs a physical examination in addition to a video examination.
